Each motorized table incorporates progressive resistance coupled with high repetition movement to increase the flow of oxygen to the targeted major muscle groups. When clients utilize all machines, every major muscle group is worked, improving flexibility, trimming inches, and strengthening and toning muscles.
How does Perfect Shapes compare to traditional exercise equipment found in the local gyms? Besides the main difference that a person cannot develop muscles with the toning tables (tone and firms only), the concept is the complete opposite. In the case of the gym equipment, the equipment provides the resistance and the body performs the exercise. On the contrary, the Toning Tables create the action and the body provides the resistance. The principle is the same, but the machines act the opposite way, which make the exercise much more appealing to the individual.
